The International Scientific-practical conference on October 24-25, 2014
Dear colleagues!
I.Zhansugurov Zhetysu State university with a support of the Ministry of education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan will hold the International Scientific-practical conference "Science, education and innovation - factors of implementation of the Strategy "Kazakhstan - 2050" on October 24-25, 2014.
The aim of the conference is discussion of strategy of education and science development in the conditions of new global transformation in the world community.
Sections:
1 Actual problems of modern legislation RK: Theory and Practice.
2 Humanities: Current issues and trends, current aspects.
3 Actual questions of preschool, primary and total secondary education.
4 Kazakhstan's Way - 2050: The knowledge-based economy
5 Modern science: an analysis of the status and prospects of development
6 New innovative technologies in the educational process.
7 Art and Culture: current issues of theory and practice.
Invited participants:
• Representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• Rectors, scientists, graduate and doctoral students of leading universities of Kazakhstan, CIS and foreign countries.
Working languages of the conference: Kazakh, Russian and English.
Deadline of reports and registration forms submission is October 14, 2014.
Organizing committee is planning to publish materials to the conference.
Rules for the report and the registration form in Appendixes 1, 2, 3.
The registration fee for publishing costs is 4000 KZT. Fee is paid by transfer to the account marked "To participate in the conference" or the cashier of the university.

Requirements for materials typography:
Text of the report (5-7 pages) should be typed in MS Office Word 1997-2003 editor, in Times New Roman type (12-point type, 1 line spacing, head and foot margins - 2.2 cm, right and left margins – 2.0 cm), indent is 1.25.
On the first line in the left corner index UDC (Universal Decimal Classification) is written; in the centre of the second line – the title of a report in bold type by caps; first and second names of the author are written in one line (on the fourth line). On the fifth line the name of organization, city and e-mail of the author in italics are written. The main text begins in one line (on the seventh line).
References are typed within the article in square brackets after the citation.
Reports, presented to the conference, should contain results of actual research and have important practical meaning.
Reports are sent to the e-mail mentioned below. Materials that do not meet requirements mentioned above or sent after deadline are not examined and sent back to the author.
